Printed in color to easily identify each component which helped. Quality of paper could of been a little better but that's just personal preference. The protective folder for the instructions were a nice touch.

Handsome product and flexible sizing just what I needed!
Love the product. It's strong and sturdy and looks handsome along the wall. Brilliant to be able to order bespoke sizing too, the dimensions work really well for us. Can't wait for the flowers to mature to highlight its beauty.

Great concept and love the finished product but not for the fainthearted!
No tips on how to get the metal plates to fit.
The colours are a bit dark on the plans, paler colours would show the placement of the pegs.

Purchased Woodblocx planter.
Afternoon Steven,
I have today started to assemble my WoodBlocx garden container. As you can see from the attached image, there is a long crack on one of the beading sections which finishes off the top of the box. Could you possible send me a replacement section, as this crack is only going to worsen with time?

This is my second purchase, first used as raised pond.
This order was for a ****** width to rehome the koi that are getting bigger. Old one will become raised flower bed when complete

Sraight forward step by step guide that was clearly printed and easy to follow. Made assembly of the pond quicker in my opinion as I did not have to keep referring to the electronic guide that was also provided when the purchase was made.
